Investment Properties Quest clients can login to the investment portal and view our current list of superior grade investment properties using the user name and password below: WHY BUY A SUPERIOR GRADE INVESTMENT PROPERTY - As with investing with more traditional asset classes, such as equities and bonds, the decision to invest in residential property should always take into consideration all the factors that can affect the value of that investment and remove the emotional side of investing. It is therefore important to have a robust, consistent and repeatable methodology in making investment decisions when it comes to investing in residential property.
For this reason we have joined forces with Braxton Chase - one of Australia’s leading property research and investment firms. They specialise in sourcing high growth, superior quality residential investment property for their clients. They conduct extensive research into the market in order to first identify areas of outperforming growth potential and then identify superior residential developments within those areas to distribute through their rapidly expanding Alliance Partner network. They have built a competitive advantage around their unique research methodology called the Braxton Chase Investment Performance Index which analyses and selects investment opportunities purely on their investment fundamentals. The research gives each researched property a ranking out of 100 and classifies them into 3 broad categories. 1. Superior Investment Grade - receive a ranking in excess of 85 out of 100 and are considered suitable for Braxton Chase clients. These properties are added to the approved property list. 2. Typical Investment Grade - receive a ranking between 70-85 out of 100. 3. Sub-Investment Grade - receive a ranking less than 70 out of 100.
